Can I wait on my vehicle?

At this time, we do not allow you to wait on your vehicle. We request that you drop off at the time of the appointment then pick-up at or after the scheduled time. You will be notified if your vehicle is completed early.

Does your install come with a warranty?

Union Window Films backs their film with a lifetime warranty. Freedom Film Solutions, LLC will back the labor for 5 years past installation date. Our goal is to have satisfied customers, do not hesitate to reach out to us with any concerns after installation.

Do you protect my vehicle?

Yes, we protect the interior of your vehicle with industry standard practices; with a priority of keeping your vehicle in the same or better condition than it arrived in.

Where will the work be completed?

The work is completed at a private setting located on the West Side of Evansville, IN. We will provide you the location upon booking. We are an appointment only service so we do not advertise location. Rest assured, your vehicle will be safe with us and under video surveillance.

How is payment handled?

We do not required a deposit at this time to schedule appointments. We will send you a digital invoice upon completion to be paid when picking up the vehicle. Payments are completed through Stripe and are protected by the payment processor. Discounts for Active Military, Veterans & First Responders will be applied after the work is complete and before the invoice is sent - but will not be reflected in initial quote.

How much does window tint installation cost?

Window tinting costs can vary depending on the customers needs. This is why we work from a quoting system, typically the cost of window film installation through us can range between $200 and $600. We will provide all options to you upon quoting so that you can decide which product you want to use. We are always happy to answer any questions.
